I second that Anthony. Also, I can’t wait for the fall colors to start here – a few more weeks though…

Yellows abound in these parts OB – I guess that’s why I like the tiny “individual” leaf in the centre – it is saying “I belong to myself…and I am very unique…” Love you Goddess girl. Thanks for stopping by…

Wow…I’m familiar with ‘knowing’ ones self. “Finding” ones self. “Loving” ones self.

But “BELONGING” to ones self???? Like, belonging to a club with special ID cards, a secret handshake and it’s own gibberjabber language???

    I LOVE THIS!!!

I know Grace! I got chills when I read this too. Montaigne was often criticised by his contemporaries for being a little too “common” and “vulgar” as a philosopher. I would like to think that he had a voice for the common person… The word “belonging” implies a sense of ownership, doesn’t it? Accountability, responsibility…empowerment. I love it too! xoxo
